Here's a list of the formulas used to calculate volume

To convert volume to gallons you divide volume by 231

To convert volume to liters you divide volume by 1000

RECTANGLE: Length x Width x Height = Volume

CYLINDRICAL: π x (Diameter ÷ 2)² x Height = Volume

HEXAGON: (3 x √3 ÷ 2 x Length of one side²) x Height = Volume

BOW FRONT: [(length x Width) + (π x (Length ÷ 2) x (Full-Width – Width) ÷ 2] x Height = Volume
